Camecia is very passionate about helping people tap into their greatness, grow and transform into the best version of themselves. In July 2019, she decided to convert her passion into a coaching business. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of “FutureBright Consulting” which provides life, career and business coaching services.  She has worked with clients that include accountants, entrepreneurs, tertiary and secondary students, educators, parents and other coaches. By working with people to develop their unique strengths, she thrives when she sees her clients transform and make huge impacts in their lives, careers and businesses. Her mission is to impart wisdom and ensure people are connected to their own infinite reserves of power and tremendous capacity to achieve success.

Camecia is a leader among her peers. She served as youth leader and youth director in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. In these roles, she has made significant contribution to youth development by designing and implementing various programmes to help the young people of her church develop their leadership, teamwork, public speaking and networking skills. She also actively led various community outreach initiatives which allowed the youths under her leadership to serve, connect and develop a health relationship with their communities.

As the leader of FurtureBright, Camecia’s objective is to inspire growth, empower and motivate others to become the very best version of themselves.
